The Planning module handles the processing of applications for the local council when consulted by your District or Unitary Council.

Localism Act and Neighbourhood Planning

We have experience in the Planning field, and aim to develop the Planning system so that it encompasses possible increased activities by the council under the Localism Act, including

• Neighbourhood Areas
• Neighbourhood Development Plans
• Neighbourhood Development Orders

We plan to adjust the Planning package to support the requirements of the relevant Regulations as these emerge.

To be developed in the same database system as Accounts 2010, the new application’s links to mapping systems will be enhanced.
