The Allotments module deals with the administration of allotment garden sites.

• Setting rents by plot area or on a fixed basis, and include water rates if required
• Offering temporary or permanent discounts on rents and set up your own concessions to reflect local needs
• Printing individually addressed rent demands for all tenants
• Adjusting rent figures easily and apply these automatically, including new agreements
• Keeping historical records if tenancy changes midyear
• Simple procedures for end-of-year rentbook changes, with option to write off or carry forward arrears
• Issuing notices of Determination for failure to comply with rules
• Full range of Registers, including one of vacant allotments
