Allotments administration and rents

The Allotments module deals with the administration of allotment garden sites.
Features include :
- Issuing invoices, keeping rent accounts, recording rents received, reporting
outstanding rents and sending reminders
- Maintaining a Register of Allotments and a Register of Tenants
- Producing formal Tenancy Agreements, with standard or user-defined text
- Maintaining a Waiting List
- Dividing allotments between separate physical sites or management divisions
- Using a mail merge facility for distribution of letters to tenants
- Setting rents by plot area or on a fixed basis, and include water rates
if required
- Offering temporary or permanent discounts on rents and set up your own concessions
to reflect local needs
- Printing individually addressed rent demands for all tenants
- Adjusting rent figures easily and apply these automatically, including new
agreements
- Keeping historical records if tenancy changes midyear
- Simple procedures for end-of-year rentbook changes, with option to write
off or carry forward arrears
- Issuing notices of Determination for failure to comply with rules
- Full range of Registers, including one of vacant allotments

Scanned drawings, maps or air photographs can be installed as a base for
the Allotments plan
Aims generally to facilitate e-government requirements
Range of detailed User guides are included, for the Allotments software,

The standard annual fee for the Scribe 2000 Allotments
software is £ 145 for a parish or town council or similar local organisation(see Costs section for further details and discounts). For other local authorities there
